Do you ship to my country?

We ship where ever our courier company can deliver to!

At the moment we cannot make deliveries to residential addresses in Russia so if you do live in Russia and would like to place an order please make sure you use a delivery address for a place of business.

If you are unsure and would like clarification on whether we can deliver to your address simply get in touch with us at customercare@saraberman.com and we'll check it with our courier and get right back to you.

How quickly do you despatch my item?

We endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible because we know no one likes to wait for that exciting new purchase! In most cases, if your order is processed before 12 noon your order will be despatched on the same day with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours.

How do you deliver my item?

We use UPS for EU and International orders and their partner CSM for UK deliveries. This means that all orders require a signature on delivery.

What about duties and taxes?

As the recipient you, the customer, are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to advise the amount this may be.

What if I have ordered on a Friday?

Orders placed before 12 noon on Friday will not be delivered until Monday as we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday may not be processed and despatched until Monday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been despatched we will send you an email with your tracking number.

What if I am not in when the courier attempts delivery?

If you are not at your elected delivery address when the courier tries to deliver your item the driver will leave a card which will allow you to either arrange delivery for a time convenient to you or collect at your local depot.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Of course! Just make sure you are confident that someone will be there to receive your order and that you will be able to locate it when it has been delivered.

Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Due to the fact that all deliveries require a signature we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes at this time.

What if my item is out of stock?

Anything that is temporarily out of stock, where possible, can be kept on backorder for you and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock – you can email us on customercare@saraberman.com if you have a specific enquiry.

Returns policy

We at Sara Berman believe in providing every customer with top-quality service and products. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and endeavour to ensure your complete happiness with whatever you purchase.

If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty.

How do I return my item?

Please email us at customercare@saraberman.com to let us know that you are returning goods to us. In the email please include:

  • Order reference number
  • Item code (as appears on order confirmation)
  • State the reason you are returning the item
  • Indicate if you would like an exchange or refund
  • If you have requested an exchange please include the preferred address for the new delivery

It is incredibly important that if you are making an international return that you do email us so we can best advise you which service to use to return your goods. Sara Berman will not be responsible for fees incurred as a result of the returned item being sent incorrectly to us.

Then send the goods back to us using the returns slip and self address parcel bag provided with your order. If you have lost this bag or it has been accidentally omitted please send your return in appropriate packaging so to avoid damage to the item. Please return to:

Am I responsible for the costs of returning the item?

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will, however, send our exchange back out to you at no extra charge.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and as such we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

It is incredibly important that if you are making an international return that you do email us, as per the instructions above, so we can best advise you which service to use to return your goods. Sara Berman will not be responsible for fees incurred as a result of the returned item being sent incorrectly to us.

How will my refund be processed?

The card from which payment was taken will be refunded or an exchange arranged (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will be for the price of the product only and will not include the delivery charge.

Please note that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

Have you received my returned goods?

As soon as your item has been processed we will email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that your do not receive this email within 5 working days (please allow longer for EU and international returns) of posting your return to us, please do get in touch with our Customer Care team at customercare@saraberman.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What if my item is faulty?

If you are returning something that is faulty please include a receipt for the cost of posting the faulty item back to us. Once we have received the item and have confirmed the fault we will reimburse you the full cost of the item in addition to the cost of posting the item back to us.
